Background Filtering

By utilizing advanced facial detection, our technology intelligently identifies the inmate’s head and creates an oval-shaped filter around it. Inmate Mail Scan

Our inmate mail scanning integration provides digital mail filtering and keyword search capabilities, reducing staff burden and decreasing hours spent sorting physical mail. All mail is logged, organized, and stored securely. The mail is converted to a PDF with full-text search capability. This helps provide a more secure and controlled environment for staff and inmates. Legal mail capabilities are also available to securely provide services to participating direct facility partners for both privileged and non-privileged mail. Both inmate mail scan and legal mail services are powered by TextBehind.

Video Court and Arraignment

HomeWAV provides video court and arraignment, eliminating the need to transport defendants to courtrooms and allowing courts to conduct the requisite arraignment process by using an audio-visual link between the facility and the courtroom. Remote arraignments reduce transportation costs, increase operational efficiencies, and minimize exposure to less-secure environments outside the facility.

Commissary Ordering

Why deal with separate commissary kiosks or cumbersome order forms?
